Our attorney, Asa Wade Baker, received his undergraduate degree in economics from Davidson College and his law degree from the University of Mississippi. Mr. Baker clerked for the Mississippi Supreme Court and worked for one of the largest law firms in Tennessee before starting his own practice focusing on estate planning for families. He has served as the representative from Shelby County to the Tennessee Bar Association’s YLD and as Chair of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Committee of the American Bar Association’s YLD. Asa Baker has led pro bono efforts to provide free wills and other estate planning documents to firefighters, police officers, and other first responders who routinely put their lives on the line for others.
